Shipping & Return Policy
Domestic Shipping Policy:
All orders with in India are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days for items in stock.
For International orders processing lead time 4-7 business days.
Orders are not dispatched or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Items back ordered , check with our customer care for actual lead time.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments maybe delayed by a few days, Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur in case local events and holidays or in case of location far away from serviceable area by the carrier.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number.
We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Refer our Returns & Refunds Policy for detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside India.
We are not responsible for any customs, taxes, tariffs, taxes, etc., applied to your order during the delivery by any carrier or by local govt. bodies. All fees and taxes imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (IST). Orders you place with us late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges maybe added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.
Delivery addresses in Andaman, J&K & North east states should add an additional charges for standard Shipping & Delivery. Orders arrive in 7 to 9 business days when ordered before 12:00 noon (IST).

SHIPPING AND TRACKING:
We strive to achieve fast, safe and reliable shipping of products to customers. To achieve this, we do inspections, ensure quality packaging, partnered with most of the top courier and logistics partners and communicate shipping status to customer at each stage of shipment. Our logistic partners are IndiaPost, Professional, Aramex, Blue Dart and Delhivery.
Once a customer buys products online, he wants to know the status of its order from time to time. To address this issue, we provide updated status of shipment at its each stage from order is placed to processes to ready to ship to dispatch to deliver. In case of any queries, you can contact us.
Delivery time mentioned on the product or website is estimated. Actual delivery time is based on availability of product, address where product is to be delivered and courier companies rules.
Returns Policy
We accept returns with in 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions
1. If delivered item is physically damaged in transit (proof required) or not working or wrong item delivered.
2. Item can be replaced or exchanged with similar item or any other item of similar value or a store credit of equivalent value issued.
3. No returns accepted beyond 3 days of delivery.
4. Returns not accepted, if item ordered wrongly by buyer or changes his mind or price variations.
5. Returns not accepted, in case of intentional damage caused by buyer or damage due to wrong usage or handling by buyer.
6. Returns not accepted for safety, hygiene and medical related products which once opened from pack.
7. Returns not accepted if product is used for a period willfully then return once the job is over
8. Return not accepted if the product does not belong to us or serial no/batch no not matched with supply.
If you believe that you have received the wrong items in your order, Please contact us via one of the methods below and we'd be happy to work with you to correct this.
Delivery is usually safe, but, If you have received a damaged product then you may return the items to us. You should inform the details of your order and your concerns to our support team by email with in 24 hours of receiving the order at your end. The items should be returned before the agreed return period of the seller
After the verification of images of product, inner & outer packaging and Invoice copy, the replacement request will be created. we send you an email detailing the pickup process as well as provide details about the replacement. The replacement is initiated after the originally delivered item is picked up/received. If you don't get the return within the promised date, contact us immediately.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders once placed on the website or confirmed by email/message/portal cannot be cancelled,
except under critical circumstances we can cancel order against approval from our management,
Order shall be cancelled when order status is in pending or in processing. Order cannot be cancelled if order is in shipped status.
Cancellation charges are applicable @5% of order value , which will be deducted from the amount paid or through store account debit.
Follow the below steps to cancel your order.
1. Send a cancellation request to care@mactech.asia
2. Once your request is approved, repack the product and handover it to the assigned courier or ship it directly to our warehouse.
3. We will check the product once the shipment is received. The process of refund/replacement will take place. If the product is not covered as per the return terms, the same will be returned to you.
Post successful completion of the returns process, the order amount is credited to your account.
Order shall be cancelled, if we are unable to fulfill your order/item due to:
1. The item(s) you purchased is no longer available when we go to ship your order
2. We are unable to verify your billing/payment information
3. Incomplete or incorrect address
4. Non-serviceable locations specified by customer
We do not accept LD clause, Late fees or indemnity charges for cancellation, return or late delivery etc.,
